Car club management

Every member has a profile, so you know who is in the club without scrolling a chat. New people ask to join, and you say yes or no. Roles decide who can act: admins run the club, mods help with meets, members RSVP and post.

Plan a one-off or a whole season. A meet that repeats is set up once, and each date shows up on its own. Every meet gets a page you can share with anyone, in or out of the club.

Members say they are coming and pick which car they are bringing. You get a real count before the day, and a cap that keeps the lot from filling past what it holds. Spectators RSVP too, and they are counted apart from cars.

You choose who sees the address on each meet. Show it to everyone, or only to people who RSVP. They see it right after they do.

Announce a meet on your Discord and by email in one go. For Instagram, Facebook, and X you get the flyer and the caption, ready to post. Reminders go out on their own before the meet.

Email covers up to 500 members on the free plan. Bigger lists and co-admins come with Pro.

Members add each build to a garage page: specs, mods, and the story. Every RSVP says which car is rolling in, so people know what will be in the lot before they leave the house.

Pro adds a photo pool per meet. Owners claim the shots of their car, and those shots join the build page.

Each meet gets a score from the people who came. Over a season you can see turnout, show rates, and what a rain date really costs. Pro charts the season and shows how you rank in your city, with no other club named.
