- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes, and it runs a whole meet. The flyer, the posts, the RSVPs, and check-in at the gate are free, forever. You only pay for reach and business tools. There is no card to add and no trial to run out.
- Who is way-point not for?
- It is built for recurring car meets and cruises. A dues-collecting formal club will want a different tool. We do not sell tickets yet. But the rest of a one-off show runs here: the flyer, the posts, the RSVPs, and check-in at the gate.
- Do I need a tech background to run this?
- No. You set the meet up once. way-point makes the flyer, writes the posts, takes the RSVPs, and sends the reminders. If you can post to a group chat, you can run a meet here.
- Who owns the roster and the photos?
- You do. We do not sell your data, and we never have. Members can delete their account and take their builds with them.
- What do I get when I pay?
- Pro is $5 a month. It raises the size of club you can run and post to, scores every meet, and adds rally routes and QR check-in. Ultimate is $15 a month and adds sponsor and vendor tools. One plan covers every club you own.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. A paid plan renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel any time on your account page.
